Job: Junior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kent
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the commercial/project team to deliver project commercial actions and tasks
* Communicate effectively with other members of the commercial team to ensure smooth project operations
* Provide support in managing subcontracts for the projects
* Perform daily commercial administration and related duties
* Manage project commercial documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Report to the Lead Surveyor
What are they looking for?
* Experience working for either a regional / national contractor within Quantity Surveying
* Ambitions to progress in the field of Quantity Surveying
* Ability to use Microsoft Office and bespoke packages
* Willingness to undertake training and development
