About this Role
Youll be the person keeping everything movingliterally. In this customer-focused role, youll coordinate the hire and movement of our environmental municipal equipment, making sure everything is delivered on time, in great condition, and with the right paperwork in place.
* Work closely with sales, fleet and service teams to get the right kit out to the right place
* Coordinate deliveries and collections with internal drivers and third-party hauliers
* Manage documentation and compliance, including insurance and purchase orders
* Ensure customers have everything they need to keep things running smoothly
* Help grow our business by spotting up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
About You
Youre organised, calm under pressure, and know your way around a hire contract. You enjoy dealing with people, solving problems, and getting things done.
* Experience in rental coordination, logistics or similar industries
* Strong admin and communication skills
* Confident working with customers and internal teams
* Ready to take ownership of paperwork, systems and scheduling
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, operational environment
