Registered Manager – Residential & Nursing Care
Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Salary: £60,000 + up to 10% annual bonus + benefits
Pioneer Talent are proud to be supporting a highly respected, family-founded care provider in their search for an experienced Registered Manager to lead their medium residential and nursing home in Kent. Whilst candidates with a nursing qualification are sought, we are also really keen to hear from clinically minded managers who have worked in Nursing Homes before.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:

Take overall accountability for the quality, safety and compliance of the home.
*
Lead, inspire and develop your staff team through effective recruitment, training, and supervision.
*
Deliver outstanding, person-centred care that celebrates the lives of residents.
*
Maintain optimum occupancy and ensure financial performance remains within budget.
*
Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
*
Lead a culture of compassion, dignity, and respect, aligned with the group’s family-run ethos.
About You
We are seeking an established leader in the care sector who can demonstrate:
*
At least 5 years’ experience at a senior level in social care (residential or nursing).
*
Proven track record of managing teams, driving quality improvements, and achieving compliance.
*
NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete).
*
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, MCA, DoLS and regulatory frameworks.
*
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
*
A full driving licence.
