21 Health and Social Care is actively recruiting experienced and compassionate Residential Childcare Workers on an ad hoc / bank basis to support a variety of clients across Residential Childcare. Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to children and young people in residential settings
2. Support with day-to-day routines including personal care, education, activities, and emotional support
3. Promote a safe, nurturing, and positive environment
