At Outcomes First Group, we’re introducing a 4-Day Working Week (4DWW) trial, where you can work one day less each week (or equivalent hours) while still receiving your full-time pay.
Salary: £22,300.00 per annum (not pro-rata)
Location: 3 Dimensions School, Chard, TA20 3AJ
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Start Date: October 2025
UK applicants only. This role does not offer sponsorship. Due to the rural location of the school and limited access to public transport, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will connect directly with the pupils, helping them get the most from their education. You will help prepare learning materials, run classroom activities with hands-on experience and some supervision, and support their emotional and physical needs to help them develop and engage with the world.
You will work with pupils with complex needs and benefit from the support of our experienced teams. You will have a direct, positive impact on pupils’ developing lives as they make progress.

You will be adaptable and ready to work in a variety of classroom roles, indoors and outdoors according to individual need. A responsive and caring approach is essential, whether running activities, leading outdoor experiences or supervising pupils on trips. We value teamwork and mutual support.
