Job Description
Experienced ERP Oracle Financials Sales Director with a strong understanding of major ERP ecosystems and relationship leverage within the Oracle ecosystem, including Oracle partners. This global, multi-billion dollar Tax SaaS provider offers tax determination solutions worldwide, embedded in major ERP systems, and operates a cloud-based platform.
Role Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach a team of 3 sales professionals.
* Develop and execute sales strategies targeting ERP clients through contacts with Oracle/SAP sales teams, partners, and clients.
* Leverage relationships with Oracle and SAP to generate leads and close deals, primarily in the UK & I regions.
* Hunt enterprise and upper mid-market deals, focusing on enterprise-scale opportunities.
* Develop a team focused on different ERP providers to expand enterprise deals.
* Report to SVP level and promote a hunter sales culture.
Location: South East England, mainly London or South England. Hybrid working with at least 2 days in the office weekly.
Salary: Competitive salary with variable components, benefits, and stock options, with an imminent exit in mind.
Candidate Profile:
* Over 10 years of senior sales experience, especially in closing enterprise deals worth $500 million to $3 billion.
* Deep knowledge of ERP Financials solutions, particularly Oracle and ideally SAP ecosystems.
* Experience leading teams and employing methodologies like Gartner, Value Selling, MEDDIC, or Sanderson.
* Proven success in the UK & I territory.
* Hands-on leader capable of building and guiding a team specializing in ERP providers and tax SaaS solutions.
* Ability to sell tax or e-invoicing solutions integrated with major ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Existing contacts within Oracle and partner networks to develop deal pipelines.
* Experience selling Tax SaaS or E-invoicing solutions is advantageous but not mandatory; ERP solutions are essential.
