Team Leader - Children\'s Homes role at Witherslack Group. £39,680 - £46,944 assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep ins per month. This is a rewarding role focused on supporting young people in our care and ensuring the home runs to high standards, with leadership to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers.
Responsibilities
* Take care of our young people day to day, ensuring activities run smoothly and creating lasting memories.
* Support the staff team and the home to operate at high standards, prepared to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required.
* Build relationships with the young people, demonstrate compassion, emotional resilience, and provide leadership that inspires colleagues.

* Salary: Base salary of £35,400 - £42,664
* Bonuses: Up to 3 sleep ins per month paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £2,880 per year) and Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year

Requirements
* A \'can do\' attitude and team player approach

* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
* Level 3 Children\'s Residential Care qualification
You\'ll start life as a Team Leader by joining our \'Care Academy\' – 4 weeks of off the job training with experienced WG professionals.
