Lift Repairs Estimator
to join our Service team to cover the Glasgow area. As an experienced Lift Engineer you will be responsible for: Identifying opportunities for chargeable repair works from company maintenance portfolio and by reviewing engineers reports weekly. Issue quotations as necessary to support incoming client insurance reports and isolated/defective units. Responsible for creating prompt accurate quotations. Responsible for issuing sufficient quote volume to attain required order intake value and profitability. Responsible for regular contact with customers to ensure quotations are received and understood. Manage and guide customer expectations on the companys services. Support the regional office service administration functions, including taking calls when necessary.
