As part of our Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME) team, youll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective installation of mechanical services across significant projects. What will you be responsible for? As a Mechanical Site Manager youll be working within the KME team, supporting them in delivering excellent mechanical installations across the project. Your day to day will include: Taking the lead on mechanical installations, ensuring theyre safe, compliant with specifications and delivered on time Guiding and mentoring other supervisors, fostering a collaborative "one team" approach Coordinating with Engineers and Project Managers to ensure smooth project delivery Managing quality control procedures and maintaining accurate progress records Contributing to risk identification and providing creative solutions to challenges What are we looking for?
