Join the CaseFlow team, the engine behind the FCA’s Case Management system. We design and maintain the core workflow capabilities that power critical user interactions, guided processes and intelligent automations across the organisation. Our work directly shapes how users experience the platform, ensuring each step is seamless, compliant and efficient. From building smart, user-friendly interfaces to integrating complex systems, we continuously refine the tools that support FCA’s mission. What will you be doing?
1. Lead development within the team, striking the right balance between product goals and customer needs, speed and functionality and future scalability versus tailored delivery
2. Own the delivery of high-quality development artefacts, ensuring they align with product requirements and meet architectural standards
3. Act as a mentor and coach to junior developers, sharing your expertise and supporting their growth through code reviews, guidance and hands-on collaboration
4. Drive defect resolution, taking responsibility for identifying, analysing and remediating issues to maintain system reliability and performance
5. Champion best practices in development and deployment, bringing thought-leadership to the team and helping shape the team’s technical direction
6. Build strong relationships across teams, collaborating with user stakeholders, other teams and lead developers to ensure alignment and smooth delivery across the wider ecosystem

Which skills are required?

Minimum
11. Proven experience in developing Salesforce modules, with a strong focus on Salesforce Industries (Public Sector), OmniStudio, Service Cloud, and Apex/LWC/Flows
12. Experience leading complex Salesforce deployments across multi-team environments utilising Salesforce tooling VSCode/ Salesforce CLI/ Copado or similar)
Essential
13. Experience in Agile, cloud-native environments with strong understanding of SDLC, TDD, CI/CD and Salesforce customisation and integration
14. Ability to abstract specific user requirements into generic product functions, ensuring the coherence and conceptual integrity of the products for which development responsibility is held.
15. Analytical mindset with a focus on writing high-quality, testable and maintainable code; proactive in problem-solving and issue remediation
16. Ability to lead development activities, support planning and sizing and supporting junior developers
17. Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams and solution architects; able to balance technical trade-offs and drive continuous improvement
