Established in 1969, we have grown from being a one man glazing business to a company employing over 50 people, offering a vast product range of doors, specialised cut glass, aluminium shop fronts to splash backs & sliding wardrobe doors. \nCore Responsibilities.\nOrder Processing: Entering transactions, updating inventory, and managing customer invoices.\n\nPhone Handling: Answering incoming calls, routing inquiries, and taking messages.\nShowroom Assistance: Greeting walk-in visitors, demonstrating products, and answering questions in person.\nHours will be Monday â Thursday 8.30- 5pm, Friday 8.30- 4pm and possibly Saturday 10am -4.30 with a day off during the week. Along with a full induction and product training you will be working towards your Business Administration Apprenticeship. Business and Administration plays an integral role in the success of an organisation. A well-defined and developed Business and Administration function keeps a business running.\nThe programme includes four main modules:\nBusiness Skills, Working Safely, Business Communication, Improving the Business. Key Skills Required.\nCommunication: Clear speaking habits for phone calls and a welcoming demeanor for face-to-face interactions.\nMultitasking: The ability to switch between computer work and helping physical customers smoothly.\n.Product Knowledge: A willingness to learn the showroom inventory to provide accurate information.\nTech Literacy: Comfort using Point of Sale (POS) software, database systems, and multi-line phone systems.\nReliability and punctuality are the foundation of any successful showroom role, as the doors cannot open to the public without dependable staff.
