Responsibilities
* Build upon and develop new or existing relationships with our partner estate agents
* Maintain high levels of engagement across your partner agent portfolio
* Educate partner agents on the benefits of the iamsold proposition for auction
* Daily interactions with our partner agents utilizing various communication methods such as MS Teams, Zoom, telephone calls and app technology
* Educate vendors on the benefits of auctions and how it could be a better route to sell their property
* Handle all offer negotiations on behalf of the partner estate agent with vendors and buyers in accordance with current AML standards and company best practices
* Maintain a high level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
* Adhere and strive to succeed in the performance framework of monthly and quarterly KPIs and targets
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years property sales experience working within an Estate Agency or associated industry
* Proven history of success in a target driven environment
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Computer literate with good working knowledge of video conferencing and virtual call handling, along with use of CRM systems
