Skills and Qualifications: A degree in Biology or a closely related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Experience teaching Biology at secondary level, ideally including A-Level. Strong grasp of the National Curriculum and current assessment frameworks. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to tailor instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
