We are the UK's largest multi-disciplinary medical recruitment company, with a team of over 700 experts. Our Clinical Services division is growing rapidly, providing insourcing services across the UK to reduce NHS referral-to-treatment times and improve patient outcomes. We are now seeking a driven and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join this exciting and fast-expanding team.
The Role
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that ID Medical is the provider of choice for NHS trusts and private healthcare clients. You will:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS clients, healthcare professionals and partners.
* Lead service delivery across multiple specialties, ensuring patient pathways are supported effectively.
* Conduct regular service reviews with stakeholders, identifying opportunities to expand and cross-sell services.
* Manage rota planning, compliance, and workforce resources to deliver seamless service.
* Support proposals, costings, bid activity, and contract negotiations.
* Ensure client communications, reporting, and forecasting are accurate and timely.
* Contribute to strategic growth and business development initiatives.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* Experience in service delivery, project management, account management, or customer service.
* Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work with sensitivity, political awareness, and attention to detail.
* Experience in the healthcare sector (desirable but not essential).
