Our Clinical Services division is growing rapidly, providing insourcing services across the UK to reduce NHS referral-to-treatment times and improve patient outcomes. We are now seeking a driven and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join this exciting and fast-expanding team. The Role As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that ID Medical is the provider of choice for NHS trusts and private healthcare clients. You will: Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS clients, healthcare professionals and partners. Lead service delivery across multiple specialties, ensuring patient pathways are supported effectively. Conduct regular service reviews with stakeholders, identifying opportunities to expand and cross-sell services. Manage rota planning, compliance, and workforce resources to deliver seamless service. Support proposals, costings, bid activity, and contract negotiations. Ensure client communications, reporting, and forecasting are accurate and timely. Contribute to strategic growth and business development initiatives. About You We are looking for someone with: Experience in service delivery, project management, account management, or customer service. Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with sensitivity, political awareness, and attention to detail.
