Compliance Administrator - Education Recruitment
Location: Romford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am-4.30pm or 8am-5pm during term time & 9am-5pm during all school holidays
Salary: £25,400 - £27,000

What you'll do:
Support the day-to-day recruitment process by ensuring candidates have all necessary documentation, references, DBS checks, and compliance requirements.
Work closely with consultants and the wider admin team to make sure candidates selected for interviews and placements are fully compliant.
Communicate regularly with teachers, schools, and internal stakeholders via phone and email.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with colleagues and external partners.
