Day-to-day of the role: Implement daily, weekly, and monthly inspection routines to identify and rectify issues before they lead to breakdowns. Conduct maintenance and repairs on single and 3-phase electrical systems, 24V control systems, and instrumentation. Handle maintenance and repairs on various types of pumps, agitators, presses, valves, and pipework systems. Ensure the site's compliance with statutory requirements such as emergency lighting, legionella control, and PAT testing for new items. Provide input for process modifications and participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance site performance.Required Skills & Qualifications: HNC/ONC in Engineering, or equivalent, with relevant experience in manufacturing and a good knowledge of factory operations.
