Package Description 12.71 Per hour Flexible working Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts Main Responsibilities To Support the Head Chef in delivering required standards of food and kitchen operation. Support and assist any kitchen section to the required standards set by management Ensuring that company Personal and Food Hygiene, Health and Safety Standards, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. Ensure food is hot, fresh and ready for service at the correct time Ideal Candidate Calm under pressure : Maintains control and clarity in a high-pressure environment, especially during peak service Organisation & efficiency : Able to manage multiple kitchen operations, ensure smooth service delivery, and maintain consistent standards Culinary expertise : Strong background in high-volume, quality food preparation with a passion for fresh, innovative dishes Attention to detail : Delivers food presentation, hygiene, and safety to the highest standards
