Bid Manager
• Up to £60,000 + monthly profit share
• Bournemouth / Poole | Office‑based

The Bid Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping high-quality submissions across Power & Utilities, National Accounts, and Cruise. You’ll coordinate everything from content strategy to design and delivery, embedding a winning tone of voice throughout.
The Bid Manager will…
– Own the end-to-end bid and tender process, from kick-off to submission
– Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and persuasive content
– Align bids with brand voice, client requirements, and industry standards
– Maintain a clear project plan, ensuring timelines and deadlines are hit
– Analyse performance post-submission and continuously improve the approach
You Will Need…
– Proven experience in bid management, ideally within distribution or FMCG
– Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
– First-rate attention to detail and strong written communication
– Resilience under pressure and a “can do” approach
– A self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple deadlines
