We’re looking for a proactive, relationship‑driven Recruitment Consultant to join our business support team, supporting the education sector across Yorkshire - including Harrogate, York, Leeds, Sheffield and Wakefield.
It’s a candidate‑driven environment, so great conversations, relationship building, and strong candidate management are key, especially as compliance and DBS checks can take time.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and developing a temp-focused Business Support desk
* Growing long-term relationships with organisations across Yorkshire
* Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement
* Handling a high level of compliance, including DBS checks and candidate documentation
* Keeping candidates engaged during the compliance process
* Carrying out market research and proactive business development
