What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support

- Keep
the Burgers Rolling: Help oversee daily operations, from making sure
our kitchen runs smoothly to keeping the atmosphere lively and welcoming.
- Drive
the Business: Assist in implementing strategies to boost sales, manage
costs, and keep GBK the go-to spot for burger lovers.
- Customer
Experience: Play a key role in ensuring our guests have a brilliant
time, from the moment they walk in to the last bite of their burger.
- Step
Up When Needed: Be ready to take charge in the General Manager’s
absence, showing your leadership skills and keeping everything on track.
- Contribute
to the Vibe: Help create a fun, relaxed environment where customers
and staff alike enjoy their time.
What You Bring:
- Experience:
You’ve got some experience in a supervisory or management role,
ideally in the hospitality industry.
- Leadership
Potential: You’re a natural leader, ready to support and motivate your
team while learning from the best.

Skills: You’re great with people, whether it’s helping customers or
supporting your colleagues.

Know-How: You understand the basics of running a successful business
