The MacKintosh Centre supports the residential care of up to 8 residents.
Applications are invited from individuals committed to providing person-centred care that promotes quality of life and maximises independence for all service users.
The role involves acting as a key worker for residents, developing and reviewing care plans, administering medication, and supporting the reablement of service users, including both short-term and long-term residents.
You will organise and support social activities and outings to enhance residents' quality of life.
You may act as shift lead and take charge of the care home as necessary.
A commitment to obtaining SVQ 3 in Health & Social Care is essential.
