Job Role Requirements;
- You must have Right to Work in the UK
- Previous 7 or more years experience
- Clinical Pharmacy Diploma
- To co-ordinate the provision of chemotherapy and other specialist drugs for haemato-oncology patients including day case patients and private patients. To provide specialist pharmaceutical advice to medical and nursing staff on drugs for haemato-oncology patients. To manage the Trust’s e-prescribing system for chemotherapy. NHS Experience Required
- Start date ASAP
- End date TBC (ongoing, service dependent)
- Monday to Friday (full time, no lates or weekends required)
- 09:00 to 17:30
