Key Responsibilities as Plant Manager: Health & Safety: Maintain rigorous health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a senior operational management within a manufacturing environment as Operations Manager, Plant Manager or similar Previously lead teams of up to 300 manufacturing/ production staff with Middle Manager level reporting into you HNC-level qualification or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field ideally. Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence and able to demonstrate success in Lean initiatives, with relevant qualifications such as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. Hands-on experience with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
