Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care + Live In Care
Location: near Edgware, London
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready for a new challenge to start something new?
We are a reputable domiciliary care provider, well-established in the sector and now looking to expand an established branch around Edgware and Finchley. The office is currently in Borehamwood, but looking to move closer to Edgware. As part of this exciting growth, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and compassionate Registered Manager to lead and shape our new service. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a branch, working closely with a supportive director.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the overall management, quality, compliance, and business development of the new domiciliary care service. This is a key leadership role where you will play a vital part in the strategic direction and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities for a Registered Manager:
Lead, manage and grow the domiciliary care service in line with CQC regulations and company values.
Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times.
Recruit, develop, and manage a skilled care team.
Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with CQC standards.
Oversee service delivery, audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Drive business growth through effective networking and local relationship-building.
What We’re Looking for in a Registered Manager:
Proven background in the care sector, ideally with home care/domiciliary care experience, but will consider people from other care backgrounds.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and best practices.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
Commercial awareness and business acumen.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
