Our client, who have been established for over 15 years are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and outgoing team due to continued growth. This is a new and exciting opportunity to join a reputable organisation as they develop their newly launched brand. An organisation that values their staff and are keen to develop and progress where possible. Duties will include:
1. Responding to customers via email, live chat, and social media platforms
2. Replying to reviews
3. Identifying ways to improve the business
4. Manage stock levels and take part in inventories
5. Process and pack customer orders for shipment
6. Ad-hoc office support to the wider business
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, as the company is looking for someone who can make decisions and be accountable for daily duties. Alongside this, the successful candidate will also have excellent customer service skills, a want to drive the business forward and be a candidate who is passionate about building a career.
