You'll be part of a high-performing team, expanding our established transportation division with a strong focus on rail, delivering high-volume recruitment solutions across station environments. Responsibilities include: Winning new business and turning opportunities into long-term accounts across the transportation sector Sourcing, engaging, and placing candidates Managing the full recruitment cycle from start to finish Building sustainable, long-term relationships with clients and candidates You'll have access to recruitment technology, resourcing, and marketing tools to make your work more efficient, allowing you to focus on revenue and relationships. About You You'll be a strong fit if you: Are an experienced 360 recruitment consultant with a proven track record Have experience in transportation, rail, or rolling stock recruitment, or a strong desire to specialise Take a commercial, relationship-first approach to business development Want autonomy to run your desk while having training and support when needed Communicate confidently and build trust quickly Why Ganymede?
