Job Title: Portfolio Manager
Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: £75k–£80k per annum
Bonus: 10% management bonus based on a mix of performance and individual goals

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Portfolio Manager to join our team at a rapidly expanding organisation. This role is the most outward-facing across all internal teams, acting as a key point of contact for a variety of stakeholders, including guest experience teams, operations teams, and retail concession operators. The Portfolio Manager will be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication and project delivery as we prepare for significant growth in the coming year.
The role will focus on overseeing multiple small but critical projects that ensure the business arms run smoothly. You will work closely with key stakeholders to shape, triage, and implement a variety of initiatives, such as opening new retail stores and engaging with new partners. With growth projected to significantly increase traffic, this is a high-visibility position with the opportunity to have a lasting impact on the future of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with various teams, including guest experience, operations, and retail concession operators.
* Manage a portfolio of small, high-impact projects that are crucial to day-to-day operations.
* Oversee projects related to telecoms and network-based implementations.
* Ensure smooth engagement with new stakeholders and facilitate the opening of new retail stores.
* Build and strengthen business partnerships across a wide range of functions.
* Lead the triaging and shaping of work in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Strong background in customer-centric organizations (retail experience is a plus).
* Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead project managers effectively.
* Portfolio management experience is highly desirable.
* Able to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Previous experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is beneficial (e.g., telecoms, retail).
* An outgoing and approachable individual who can complement existing team dynamics.
