Contract: Full-time, Flexible

What You’ll Do:
* Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Work one-on-one or in small groups with pupils to boost learning
* Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
* Assist with classroom preparation and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
* A genuine interest in working with children and young people
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* GCSEs in English and Maths (or willingness to work towards them)
