Product Manager - Platform | HR-Tech | M&A & AI Strategy | Remote UK
About the Company
We are representing an ambitious, high-growth group in the talent technology space that is currently expanding its market presence through an integrated, end-to-end platform. Following significant organic growth and a series of strategic acquisitions, the business has reached a major revenue milestone and is now preparing for its next phase of significant global scale.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to own the platform that acts as the connective tissue for a diverse product suite and integrates with global client systems. This is not a feature-level role; you will be responsible for consolidating acquired products into a unified system and creating the data layer that powers cutting-edge AI insights. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial teams to translate high-level business strategy into scalable platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
* Proven product management experience specifically on platform, integration, or infrastructure products.
* Experience navigating multi-product ecosystems, ideally in an environment that has grown through acquisitions.
* Technical literacy in API design, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns like REST or webhooks.
* Ability to define data models, identity systems, or canonical schemas that bridge multiple disparate systems.
* The capacity to collaborate with data science and psychology teams to shape AI roadmaps, including bias monitoring and fairness.
* Familiarity with the HR-Tech landscape, recruitment technology, or major ATS platforms.
* Strong communication skills for writing technical specifications and presenting platform strategy to leadership.
