Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer in South Petherton. This role offers excellent pay rates and the chance to work within a supportive, fast-paced production team.
Key Duties:
* Monitor production lines and maintain consistent product quality.
* Carry out checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
* Ensure all products meet required quality standards.
* Identify and report any faults or inefficiencies.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Work as part of a fast-paced production team.
Requirements:
* Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
* Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
What We Offer:
* Ad-hoc shifts:
o Monday to Friday - Days: 6am-2pm, £12.45 per hour.
o Monday to Friday - Twilight: 2pm-5pm, £12.45 per hour; 5pm-10pm, £17.55 per hour.
o Monday to Friday - Nights: 10pm-6am, £18.68 per hour.
o Ad-hoc shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. - Nights: 5pm-6am | £18.68 per hour.
