Trinnovo Group is hiring for a Social Media & Systems intern. This is a chance to take ownership of real and channels early in your career, not just schedule posts, but shape how the business shows up online.
The Opportunity
You’ll run day-to-day social activity across multiple brands while supporting the systems that keep the business moving. Your work will be visible, measurable, and valued from week one.
What You’ll Do
* Create, Schedule and manage posts across the companies primary channels (LinkedIn and Instagram)
* Monitor engagement and respond where appropriate
* Spot trends and suggest content ideas worth testing
* Track performance and report on what’s working (and why)
* Support sales systems with data updates
* Help maintain clean, accurate reporting across teams
* Work with consultants to bring their content ideas to life
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
* Active user of social media; you’re interested in trends and understand good content
* Confident communicator, written and verbal
* Strong initiative; you don’t wait to be told what to do
* Organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Desirable:
* Interest in analytics; you can spot patterns in performance data
* Exposure to CRM or sales systems (or curiosity to learn)
* Experience creating or managing content (personal or professional)
* Knowledge of creative suites (Adobe, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
