We're recruiting for a friendly, professional Receptionist to join a high-quality Residential development in London. This is a front-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, playing a key part in creating a welcoming and well-managed environment within a Build to Rent setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting new and existing residents in a professional manner
Managing queries, incidents, and complaints efficiently and courteously
Overseeing the reception and lobby area to ensure high presentation standards
Inspecting apartments prior to occupation to ensure readiness
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Residential development
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who brings:
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front-of-house role
Experience within a Build to Rent environment (desirable)
Strong communication and customer service skills
A proactive, organised approach with good attention to detail
Confidence in dealing with residents, visitors, and contractors
