We are looking for a skilled and organised Leading Hand Works to coordinate daily civil maintenance and construction activities across the Shire. Job Description
As the Leading Hand Works, you will support the Works Coordinator in the planning, scheduling and delivery of day-to-day road maintenance and construction activities. You’ll oversee a small team and ensure civil works and customer requests are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You'll also supervise onsite operations, liaise with customers, and provide guidance and mentoring to team members.

* Base annual salary $75,404 per annum
* Adverse Working Conditions Allowance 92c per hour on all worked hours and paid leave (up to $1,817.92 per year)
