The Role
As an Oracle Cloud Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Planning solutions. This is a client-facing position where you will work across diverse industries, delivering best-in-class planning capabilities that drive real business value.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Oracle Cloud Planning project workstreams from requirements gathering through to go-live and support
* Advise clients on Oracle best practices for planning, forecasting, and supply chain optimisation
* Configure Oracle Cloud modules including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning
* Manage stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and delivered upon
* Oversee project teams, providing mentorship and ensuring high-quality deliverables
* Support pre-sales activities including solution design and proposal development
About You
* Extensive experience implementing Oracle Cloud Planning solutions within a consultancy or large-scale organisation
* Deep knowledge of planning processes and their integration with supply chain and finance functions
* Proven track record of leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud Planning projects
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Oracle certifications in relevant modules are advantageous
* Willingness to travel across Europe when required
