Responsibilities
* Develop and execute national account strategies across HORECA customers
* Manage and grow relationships with key decision-makers at national and regional levels
* Negotiate commercial agreements, including pricing, promotions, and contracts
* Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution within the channel
* Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to deliver impactful activations
* Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
* Work closely with field sales teams to ensure execution excellence
* Deliver against revenue, profit, and volume targets
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a National Account Manager or similar commercial role
* Strong background within HORECA / On‑Trade (FMCG or drinks experience preferred)
* Strong IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and PDF systems
* Experience using Salesforce would be advantageous
* Excellent negotiation, organisation and influencing skills
* Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to inspire others
