Role Overview: Driver Hire Lincoln is recruiting professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to support general haulage operations for a client based in Horncastle. This is a long term on going position.
Position: HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver

Pay:
1. £16.00 per hour (first 8 hours)
2. £21.33 per hour (overtime after 8 hours)
3. Weekly PAYE pay every Friday
Key Responsibilities:
4. Complete 1–5 deliveries per day, both locally and nationwide
5. Transport goods safely and efficiently
6. Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain delivery records
7. Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients
8. Adhere to all safety and operational procedures
Candidate Requirements:
9. Valid UK HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
10. CPC qualification and digital tachograph card
11. No major endorsements (maximum 6 penalty points)
12. Hi-vis clothing and safety boots
13. Positive attitude and willingness to assist
