Apprentice Centre Administrator
Hours: Full-Time, Apprenticeship
Location: Kidderminster
Salary: Apprenticeship Wage £8 ph
Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Centre Administrator, working with the centre manager and teaching staff on a range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet & greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
* Answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, direct calls to the correct destination, and take messages when appropriate.
* Prepare learner start dates and accompanying learner start letters.
* Ensure all new starts are inputted into the system.
* Ensure session registers are ready on a daily basis for each tutor.
* Ensure all audits are carried out on learners’ files.
* Preparation of induction packs for Study Programme.
* Undertake general copying, typing and filing duties.
Requirements
* A minimum of 18 months experience in administration or a similar role.
* Minimum level 2 literacy, numeracy & ICT.
* Minimum level 3 in Business Administration or 5 years of administration experience.
* Excellent organisational skills.
