Main Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher: Deliver well-structured and engaging lessons aligned with the primary national curriculum. Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of all pupils. Promote a nurturing, inclusive classroom where all learners feel valued. Assess and monitor student progress, providing effective feedback and support. Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and parents/carers. Uphold behaviour expectations and promote a respectful, focused classroom ethos. Primary School Teacher Requirements: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification with specialism in Primary Education. Experience teaching in EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 across UK primary schools. A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment strategies. Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. A creative and reflective approach to teaching. A commitment to safeguarding, pupil welfare, and inclusive education.
