An established and growing UK-based manufacturing company is seeking a capable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administratorto join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work reduced hours in a structured, professional environment ideal for those balancing other commitments or returning to work who can offer between 20-25hrs per week.
What You'll Be Doing
* Handling general office admin tasks: answering calls, maintaining records
* Managing shared mailboxes and providing proof of delivery documentation
* Performing accurate data entry and filing, especially for the Service Department
* Placing purchase orders for non-stock items and office consumables
* Supporting import/export documentation processes
* Acting as the first point of contact within the Operations Office — a key link between departments
We’re Looking For Someone Who
* Is highly organised and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy
* Communicates clearly and professionally (written and verbal)
* Has experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Pays strong attention to detail
* Can solve problems independently and support wider team needs
* Holds GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
