⭐ What You’ll Be Doing

* Welcoming customers to the development and providing an exceptional buying experience
* Guiding buyers through the full sales journey, from first enquiry to completion
* Showcasing plots, specifications, upgrades, and optional extras
* Managing CRM updates, paperwork, and compliance
* Working closely with site and build teams to ensure a smooth customer journey

🎯 What We’re Looking For

* Experience in new homes sales or a strong sales background (retail, automotive, estate agency, customer‑facing sales, etc.)
* Confident communicator with a warm, professional approach
* Target‑driven and motivated by commission
* Able to work Thursday to Monday on‑site

💰 What’s On Offer

* £28,000 – £32,000 basic salary
* Uncapped commission
