To be considered you must have experience leading a telesales or contact centre team, have a strong understanding of sales metrics and targets and a solid grasp of Contact Centre operations and how to keep things running efficiently. Key Responsibilities As a Sales Team Manager, you’ll be leading a team of telesales professionals, helping them grow, perform, and succeed. Your role is all about creating a high-energy, supportive environment where people are motivated to hit targets. * Lead and inspire your sales team to meet and beat performance targets * Monitor call centre metrics and spot ways to improve both customer experience and team results * Provide regular coaching, feedback, and support to help each person be their best * Keep a close eye on KPIs and use your know-how to drive consistent performance * Use your commercial brain to suggest new ideas and improve how we do things * Work closely with other teams (like operations, marketing, and compliance) to keep everything running smoothly Experience * Experience leading a telesales or contact centre team, you're confident managing performance and building team culture * A strong understanding of sales metrics, targets, and what makes teams tick * Someone who’s great at coaching and knows how to bring the best out in people * A solid grasp of Contact Centre operations and how to keep things running efficiently * A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, you're always looking for ways to improve * A team player who loves collaborating and is all about hitting shared goals * Passion for giving customers great experiences, especially those who need extra reassurance when booking travel What in in for you? * Basic Salary: £40,000 with an OTE of £48,000 * Quarterly Manager Bonus: Uncapped, with a realistic OTE of £600 per month / £8,000 per annum * 32 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays) * Shift Patterns include: * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM * Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM * You’ll work 1 in 2 weekends (either Saturday or Sunday), with a day off in the week in return * A great benefits package, including: * Company-paid health cash plan * Company pension scheme * Holiday buy scheme * Staff discounts on travel insurance * Ongoing training on our products and sales techniques * Real career progression opportunities * A supportive, friendly team where your ideas and input are valued Ready to Make a Real Impact?
