About The Team

We are recruiting to fill a promotion-driven vacancy for an Admin Assistant to join our friendly, hard-working team. Role and responsibilities

What is the job role? We are seeking to appoint an experienced administrator to help coordinate the day-to-day running of the school office, lead on attendance and admissions, and support our senior leadership team with high-quality administrative support. The person appointed will work under the direction of the Assistant School Business Manager.

* A passion for improving the life chances of children
* Ability to work under pressure
* Experience is desirable but not essential


Who we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you will:

* have an awareness of office procedures and equipment
* maintain office administrative systems
* receive visitors in a welcoming way, answer queries, and cope with parents, assistants/visitors according to guidelines
* be aware of the roles of a receptionist and admin assistant
* work as part of a team
