What You’ll Be Doing:
8. Grow Existing Customer Accounts - Nurture, develop, and build relationships with their valued customers to maximise their potential
9. Be a Trusted Advisor - Understand customer needs and challenges, proactively recommending solutions from their innovative product portfolio
10. Drive Revenue Growth - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to help customers get the most out of their product portfolio, taking a strategic approach to account growth
11. Account Management - Manage a portfolio of reseller, installer, and system integrator accounts with regular check in calls, virtual meetings, and occasional visits
12. Proactively Engage Through Sales Calls - Carry out regular, value-driven sales calls to understand evolving customer needs, present tailored solutions, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

13. Great People Skills – You’re confident, approachable, and great at understanding and influencing a variety of customer personalities. You know how to read a room and influence outcomes with authenticity and ease.
14. Motivation & Ambition – You’re proactive, results-driven, and always looking for ways to grow your customer base. Although previous account management and sales experience is a bonus, it’s your attitude, energy, and a willingness to learn that’ll really set you apart.
15. Clear & Impactful Communicator - You communicate with clarity, confidence, and purpose - whether it’s on a sales call, in an email, or presenting to a customer. You know how to tailor your message to different audiences and ensure key information lands effectively.
