The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant with a demonstrable proficiency in conducting targeted interventions. Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering targeted interventions to support students’ individual learning needs.
• Collaborating with classroom teachers to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
• Utilizing a range of pedagogical approaches and resources to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure sustained improvement.
• Providing pastoral support and guidance to students, promoting positive behaviour and self-esteem
Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a Key Stage 2 setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting interventions to support student progress.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
