Person specification You’ll be passionate about building skills, supporting learning, and helping others gain confidence in their use of data and data tools, whether they’re new to it or already working in technical roles. You’ll have experience designing and delivering learning programmes or capability initiatives and be comfortable working across different audiences, from senior leaders to early career professionals. You will have a good understanding of data tools and concepts, and a strong appreciation for how data is used in practice. You don’t need to be a technical expert, but you’ll be confident in helping others understand how to get the most out of the tools and data available to them, and in promoting best practice.
