A well-regarded law firm in Bradford is offering an excellent opportunity for a litigator with experience in Employer’s Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) claims. This role involves handling a varied caseload of fast-track defendant EL/PL matters, largely arising from the retail sector, and taking files from inception through to trial. The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on both liability and quantum, managing their own caseload efficiently using the firm’s established systems and case management tools. They will work closely with a collaborative and experienced litigation team and receive regular training to stay current with developments in case law and legislation. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have circa 3 years’ experience managing their own defendant EL/PL fast-track cases, ideally with exposure to retail-related claims. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a sharp eye for detail are essential, alongside the ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
