You will lead accounts in the retail sector at various levels. This is an exciting and rewarding chance to work in a growth area of the business with important customers. Genuine opportunity to progress and develop within our business.
You will report to the Sales Controller - Retail.

Key Responsibilities
 * To implement a sales strategy for the relevant accounts which will realise sales, margin and market share growth goals ahead of PPG's competitors.
 * Improve Rebate Return on investment and external engagement.
 * Ensure performance Measurements are realised, and client link commercial excellence metrics are the best.
 * Ensure a maintained growth pipeline and the process is followed to improve performance.
 * Establish sales goals by forecasting and developing annual and monthly sales; project expected sales volume and profit for our products
 * Create and shape Joint business plans internally and externally to maximise results from their customer base to lead triple win. PPG/Customer/Consumer.
 * Develop relationships with all internal and external partners.
 * Develop clear 2‑way communication channels with commercial co‑ordinators to deliver admin and pricing accuracy
 * Provide weekly and monthly updates on our performance, team and competitor insights to the sales controller.
Qualifications
 * 2+ years experience delivering growth in retail customers
 * 3 + years of experience working in paints/coatings, DIY, industrial consumables or FMCG
 * Commercial experience: implement business plans, forecasting, managing growth pipeline
