This is a unique opportunity for a family support worker to work supporting our foster carers and the young people living with them. Part of this role involves working with our specialist foster carers. You will be able to use your skills in working with families to help support our carers in providing the best outcomes for children looked after by WCC. You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills through our staff and foster carer training packages. The role includes managing your own diary, receiving case supervision, and working closely with fostering and kinship social workers. If you have a passion for meaningful, relationship-based practice, this is the role for you.
