What the job involves:
1. You will be responsible to provide leadership & direction ensuring all customers service experience is best in class and met with robust communication and organisation.
2. You will be overseeing and reprioritising accordingly the planning of workloads to meet with customers’ expectations and ensure all Company targets are met and exceeded.
3. You will be expected to manage the service department team and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs.
4. Oversee employee training & development to ensure all staff are competent with in their roles
Work Experience:
5. Previous experience in Team Leadership.
6. A successful track record in delivering business results.
7. The ability to build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
8. Competent negotiator.
9. IT literate.
Desirable Attributes:
10. The ability to work within a multi-disciplined team.
11. Excellence in customer service from a service based industry.
12. Experienced in municipal market.
