What You’ll Be Doing
* Design delivery: Assist in the creation of high‑quality conceptual, detailed, and technical designs for landscape and urban spaces.
* Multidisciplinary collaboration: Support integrated teams across water, transport, energy, and environmental sectors.
* Technical outputs: Produce drawings, presentation materials, specifications, schedules, and photomontages.
* Site and environmental work: Undertake site surveys and contribute to environmental assessments and improvement schemes.
* Digital design: Provide AutoCAD, Revit, and graphic support to enhance project delivery.
* Quality and innovation: Deliver work to high standards in line with our Quality Management Procedures.
* Professional development: Engage with Mott MacDonald’s Early Careers Professionals Network and attend development events.
Candidate Specification
We look for committed and motivated graduates with a genuine passion and a desire to make a difference in the world.
Minimum requirements:
* Less than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements).
* Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (obtained no earlier than 2024) or expected to achieve one, in Landscape Design or Landscape Architecture.
In your application, highlight any relevant experience or interests – such as modules you’ve studied, previous work experience, or research you’ve undertaken about our company, values, and projects.
